Cette année nous nous proposons d’étudier de nouvelles questions halakhiques qui ont fait l’objet de controverses entre les différents courants du judaïsme à la fin du second Temple. Ces questions seront examinées telles qu’elles se présentent dans la littérature talmudique d’une part et d’autre part dans les manuscrits de mer Morte. L’analyse comparative des textes nous permettra de comprendre les mécanismes et les méthodes d’élaboration de la halakhah dans l’antiquité.
